The 2021 Irish Anglerfish and Megrim Survey (IAMS) took place from 10th to 21st April on the Marine Institute's RV Celtic Explorer in the North East Atlantic Ocean to provide abundance indices for anglerfish and megrim and to provide maturity data for a range of species. Trawling took place to the north of Ireland and the west of Scotland at depths from 150m - 1000m. 12hour operations with conducted during the cruise, with 1hour trawls spaced approximately 10 to 30nm apart. One glider was also deployed during CE21005 as part of the SeaMonitor project.
