WFD Surface Waterbodies intersecting with designated Nutrient Sensitive Areas waterbodies in accordance with the Urban Waste Water Treatment (UWWT) Directive 91/271/EEC on Urban Waste Water Treatment and S.I. 254 / 2001, S.I. 440/2004 and S.I. 48/2010.

Provenance information This dataset represents a snapshot taken in September 2016 for the purpose of the WFD RBMP Cycle 2. Provision of the nutrient sensitive areas included within the Register are those waters listed in the Urban Waste Water Treatment (UWWT) Directive 91/271/EEC and Regulations S.I. No. 208/1999, S.I. 254/2001, S.I. 440/2004 and S.I. 48/2010. The waterbody containing the sensitive area is used to represent the nutrient sensitive area. Surface Waterbodies that intersect the Nutrient Sensitive Areas were selected to form the Register of Protected Areas protected Ground Waterbodies under the Urban Waste Water Treatment (UWWT) Directive 91/271/EEC and Regulations S.I. No. 208/1999, S.I. 254/2001, S.I. 440/2004 and S.I. 48/2010.
