Provenance information A ban on the marketing, sale, distribution and burning of bituminous coal applies in 26 towns, cities and areas around the country. The restricted areas are defined in the 2012 regulations. Electoral districts polygon geometry (see metadata for details) was used for deliniating the boundaries. The rest of the country was assigned as 'Unrestricted'.
