This dataset contains hydrometric time series data of water level and river flow in >300 Irish rivers, lakes, springs and groundwater monitoring sites. The sites are owned by Local Authorities and operated by the EPA. The data set also contains the national hydrometric register, containing all known hydrometric stations in Ireland.

Provenance information A range of hydrometric data types are available, including water levels, flows and summary statistics, available from over 240 locations on rivers and lakes and over 140 groundwater monitoring sites around the Republic of Ireland where the EPA and local authorities have been collecting water level data from the 1970's.
